Critical power infrastructure · Jordan, since 1983
From the satellite uplinks of Jordan Media City to a national bank's 140+ branches, Alidama designs, builds and maintains the critical power infrastructure Jordan's largest institutions run on.
Flagship projects
At national scale
National banks, satellite broadcasters, hospitals, embassies and United Nations agencies rely on systems Alidama designed, commissioned and still maintains — in the capital and across the kingdom.
Sectors
Dual-source protection for mission-critical data centres, disaster-recovery sites, and one standard design rolled out to every branch and ATM.
Modular, fault-tolerant UPS for transmission stations that carry satellite television across the region — redundant, scalable and serviceable without going off air.
Protection for operating theatres, laboratories and medical equipment, where a power dip is a clinical event.
Power continuity for embassies, diplomatic missions and public institutions, supplied and serviced to their own standards.
Installation, start-up and service at field locations across Jordan, in close cooperation with international suppliers.
Industrial-grade UPS for production lines and process control, built for heat, dust and continuous duty.
Complete data centres — UPS, precision cooling, raised floor, racks and monitoring — for national retailers and enterprises.
High-reliability protection for university laboratories and the sensitive research equipment in them.
End to end
The same engineers survey the site, supply the equipment, commission it, watch it and maintain it — so nothing is lost between the people who designed a system and the people who keep it running.
Site survey, load and run-time sizing, and the redundancy the operation calls for.
APC by Schneider Electric systems, from a 1 kVA tower to a 1,500 kVA modular frame.
Installation, start-up and commissioning by engineers trained on the manufacturer's own programme.
Network cards and EcoStruxure IT, so every UPS reports in and alerts reach the right people.
Scheduled maintenance visits, battery testing and replacement, for the whole life of the system.
Our mission
In Arabic, al-idama means continuity and sustainability. It is the promise behind every system we design: that our clients' work — their data, transactions, broadcasts and production — never stops because the power did.
Our mission is to create delighted customers by improving the manageability, availability and performance of information systems and key process controls, through the rapid delivery of innovative solutions to real customer problems.
Solutions
From a single rack to a full data centre, we integrate power, cooling, racks, monitoring and management into one dependable system.
Four decades in the field
Alidama began with three-phase switchgear, static power and site preparation for computer and clean-room environments — and brought Jordan its first Gutor and Silcon UPS systems a year later.
Technology we have installed since 1984
Banks, hospitals, embassies, broadcasters, manufacturers and humanitarian agencies.

Our vision
To ensure availability wherever data is created, transmitted or stored — from desktop to data centre to factory floor.
Fault-tolerant, redundant designs and authorised service, so a critical load stays protected through every outage.
Right-sized, scalable systems that grow as you do — capacity you pay for when you need it, not before.
Engineers trained regularly on APC's Global Professional programme, and four decades of commissioning experience behind them.
